20' Heavy Duty 10 Gauge Steel Feed Bunk

When you buy a feed bunk designed and manufactured using 10 gauge steel, you are making a purchase that lasts lifetimes. This bunk will ship unpainted as shown above, unlike our smaller units shown below.

With drains in all 4 corners as you can see they are coped out, you will never have water standing in this bunk which in turn keeps grain and silage from sitting in moisture and getting moldy, resulting in your livestock getting better quality feed.

When ordering make sure you know the quantity you need, as we are delivering these bunks to you, it is very easy and cost effective to add a few while they are coming your way.

You can purchase 1 or by the truck load, we will make sure to get the best price for delivery possible to you. As the customer, you are more than welcome to pick these up at the plant and save any shipping costs, other than your expense of traveling yourself.  This is very common for our customers to do, as they stack well and are easy to haul.

Specs:

Heavy duty 10 gauge steel construction.

45° taper in bottom of bunk. Makes it easier for livestock to clean out.

Legs are 3" x 6" x 3/16" rectangular tube with plugs welded in bottom.

Legs are welded solid to underside of bunk.

Bunk has formed lip all around top edge for added strength.

Ships unpainted in raw steel form. Customer can paint if want to.

Drains in all 4 corners.

16' Steel Silage Feed Bunks

This bunk is designed to feed silage as you can see it is manufactured with a deeper feeding containment bunk than our grain model below.

Manufactured from 14 gauge steel, this bunk will last you years in the lot, with its formed lip all around the top edge, like all our bunks have along with drains in all 4 corners to keep unwanted moisture from sitting and spoiling any feed.

The 16' silage bunk shown above will come painted dark gray.

As any of our bunks, you can order 1 or a truck load and be assured we will go to great lengths to make sure we find the best and most economical way possible to get it delivered to you. Like any of our products you can pick them up at the plant to save any extra shipping charges to you when making your purchase. We leave that up to the customer.

Shown with the 16' silage bunk, the grain bunk on the right has 4" less feeder depth than the silage bunk on the left.

This grain bunk is manufactured exactly the same way as the silage bunk, using 14 gauge steel, this bunk will last for years in your lot.

Designed with drains in all 4 corners to keep unwanted moisture from sitting in the bunk as you can see in the photo above, this will keep grain from spoiling and becoming moldy.

The 16' grain bunk shown above will come painted dark gray.
